Refunds & Our Guarantee

Damaged or missing orders: If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe, email us at soraliasupport@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a full refund or free replacement — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Not satisfied? If the product isn't working out for you, reach out within 30 days of delivery and tell us what's going on. We'll work with you to find a fair solution — that might be a replacement, a partial or full refund, or just honest guidance.

One note on timing: hair, skin, and nail support works on the body's schedule — most people shouldn't judge results before a full 90-day cycle. If you're unsure whether it's working, email us before giving up; we'll help you figure it out.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
